Principal Scientist, Process Chemistry

Develop safe, scalable synthetic routes for small-molecule intermediates and drug substances. Laboratory work covers route scouting, optimisation, impurity identification and analytical characterisation, followed by technology transfer to manufacturing partners and collaboration with formulation and quality specialists.

Extensive hands-on process chemistry, organic synthesis and scale-up experience, with strong experimental and analytical skills.
