Three- to four-year PhD fellowship in work and organisational psychology in the section for methods, work, cultural and social psychology at the Department of Psychology, University of Oslo, in collaboration with INTED - Centre for Interdisciplinary Education at UiO (funded by HK-dir and UiO), which brings together researchers in mathematics, physics, psychology, education and philosophy. The project studies interdisciplinary competence and decision-making in modern working life and education using artificial intelligence, such as large language models, text vectorisation, alignment techniques and machine learning, at the intersection of work and organisational psychology, educational psychology and AI-based analysis.
