About
Six-year professorships that build a research environment around an internationally recognised scientist and research leader to advance ground-breaking research in basic or clinical neuroscience, or science with clear relevance to neuroscience, understood broadly to include medical, technical, natural and social sciences and the humanities. Applicants may request DKK 20–40 million for six years with an option to renew for up to six more; the Foundation expects to award four to six grants. Budgets may include staff and non-staff project costs but not the applicant’s own salary or salaries of tenured staff. Expressions of Interest are due first, and invited applicants submit a full application in March 2027.
