Explore how quantum technologies can advance fundamental and high-energy physics, and how methods, infrastructure and expertise developed in particle physics can contribute to quantum science. The interdisciplinary programme connects researchers from laboratories, universities and industry to assess current capabilities, technical challenges and promising research directions. Scientific themes include quantum and hybrid algorithms, simulation, sensing and quantum networks, alongside the development of shared expertise and collaborations. 23 November at 09:00 to 27 November at 20:30; Europe/Zurich (CET, UTC+01:00). In-person participation at CERN. The conference announces a 30 October registration deadline. The regular fee is CHF 300; applications for a limited number of student fee waivers are available. Abstract submission and early-bird registration have closed.

The congress brings together physics researchers, educators and industry practitioners for keynote presentations, focus sessions, workshops and scientific exchange. It is co-located with the Australian and New Zealand Conference on Optics and Photonics, with the Conference on Optoelectronic and Microelectronic Materials and Devices included as a dedicated topical track. The scientific programme spans optics, astrophysics, quantum science, atomic and molecular physics, condensed matter, theoretical particle physics and physics education. Paid attendance includes full-congress and selected-day categories, with student, retiree and school-teacher rates. Members of eligible partner societies can obtain membership-based discounts. Abstract and focus-session submissions closed on 3 July; early-bird registration ended on 28 August, and registration closes on 20 November.

Investigate hot and dense quantum chromodynamic matter through heavy-ion and high-energy particle collisions. The programme connects jets, heavy flavour, quarkonia and electromagnetic probes with collective behaviour across collision-system sizes. It examines the QCD phase diagram, lattice calculations, neutron stars and nonequilibrium dynamics, alongside machine learning, artificial intelligence and detector instrumentation. Researchers and students will discuss how these experimental and theoretical approaches support emerging electron–proton and electron–ion physics opportunities. 13 December 2026 at 08:00 through 15 December at 18:30, Asia/Kolkata (IST, UTC+5:30). Current registration deadline: 15 November 2026. Fees are INR 6,000 for faculty, INR 4,000 for postdoctoral fellows and INR 3,000 for students, including breakfasts, lunches, refreshments and one dinner. Payment precedes registration and a transaction identifier is required. Accompanying adults pay INR 3,000.

Assess the scientific opportunities of the Electron-Ion Collider as detector construction, software and computing move toward implementation. The conference examines nucleon and nuclear structure in quantum chromodynamics, including the origins of proton spin and correlations between spin and momentum. Jet physics and small-x dynamics connect theoretical predictions with detector technology and analysis requirements. The meeting brings the international EIC community together to discuss recent results, coordinate contributions and shape future experimental and theoretical work. 15 February 2027 at 10:00 through 19 February at 12:00, Asia/Kolkata (IST, UTC+5:30). Early registration through 30 October 2026: USD 350 faculty or USD 250 PhD students/postdocs; Indian-affiliated participants pay INR 15,000 or INR 10,000 respectively. Later rates are USD 400/300 or INR 18,000/12,000. Fees include lunches, breaks and the banquet. Payment and an uploaded receipt complete registration, which closes 15 December. Visa information is due 16 October; abstract submissions close 15 October and selection/support results are due 25 October.
