Work includes running assays at scale, monitoring quality, troubleshooting systems, analysing experimental data and documenting transferable workflows with biologists, automation specialists and data teams.
Join the mRNA Science team for a January–June 2027 placement in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Experiments compare mRNA sequences and chemical modifications using mammalian cell culture, transfection, protein-expression measurements and biochemical assays. The student generates and interprets experimental data and may also contribute to cloning, plasmid preparation and in vitro transcription. Work supports the evaluation of mRNA reagents for gene editing research.
