Topic: Quantum chromodynamics

Assess the scientific opportunities of the Electron-Ion Collider as detector construction, software and computing move toward implementation. The conference examines nucleon and nuclear structure in quantum chromodynamics, including the origins of proton spin and correlations between spin and momentum. Jet physics and small-x dynamics connect theoretical predictions with detector technology and analysis requirements.
