The Laboratory of Causal Systems Immunology seeks a PhD student or postdoctoral researcher to advance in vivo single-cell CRISPR screening. Work spans stem-cell engineering, vector and screening-method development, perturbational-data analysis and experimental validation of causal regulators of immune-cell states. Projects apply these technologies during development and disease. An experimental, computational or combined research focus is possible, with interest in both approaches required. The laboratory connects causal inference and probabilistic AI with large-scale perturbation experiments
