Oceanography, Biogeochemistry and conference by Gordon Research Conferences
The conference organizes ocean chemistry around inventories, exchange rates and reaction mechanisms. It considers carbon, nutrients, trace elements and organic compounds in seawater, sediments and coastal margins, connecting molecular processes with basin-scale transport.
Researchers will discuss autonomous measurements, isotope and molecular methods, long observational records, and the challenges that ocean change and proposed interventions pose for assumptions of steady state. Attendance requires a bachelor’s degree in science or engineering, or an accepted equivalent. Applications are subject to selection and available capacity.
