2026 Brain Cancer Discovery Grants

About
Three seed awards support innovative brain-cancer projects that are not yet ready for larger funding. Projects should establish feasibility through pilot experiments, initial validation, prototypes or new therapeutic concepts. The application is a one-page proposal explaining the idea, work plan, milestones, budget and route to further development.

Covers: AUD 50,000 per award supports a 12-month proof-of-concept project; the three-award pool is not the amount per applicant.
Host location: Australia
An eligible host in Australia and an Australia-based researcher or Australian-led team are required.
