2027 NHMRC Consumer Involvement Award

Recognises long-term partnerships between consumers, communities and health and medical researchers. Assessment covers advocacy, shared decision-making, impact, innovation and influence on research practice. Nominations close 11 December 2026 at 17:00 AEDT.

Individuals or organisations with sustained contributions to consumer and community involvement in health and medical research. Nominees should be advocates and role models whose work improves community interactions with research. The nomination form requires responses against the award criteria and two supporting references.
