Postdoc and guest scientist positions (4/2026)
Physics of Life, Theoretical Physics and Biophysics postdoctoral position at Max Planck Institute for the Physics of Complex Systems
Apply by Friday, Nov 13
About
The MPI-PKS Visitors Program offers research appointments lasting from several weeks to two years, joining institute research groups, working independently, or forming temporary groups around a specific problem. Its Biological Physics division studies physical principles in biological systems and welcomes theoretical or computational physicists with a serious interest in biology. The application round is reviewed by an ad-hoc committee that meets every four months; complete materials for the next meeting are due on 13 November 2026.
Applicants should propose their research interests and project rather than treating this as a single predetermined laboratory project.
