About
Study human comfort and sports-bra performance in a UBC–lululemon collaboration. Lead human-subject trials combining motion capture, wearable sensors and questionnaires; develop biomechanical simulation and data-driven methods; and validate a torso simulator on a hexapod platform. Salary is CAD 60,000 for one year, with possible extension depending on funding and performance. Periodic travel to partner sites may be required.

Relevant PhD within five years or near completion; human-subject biomechanics research, optical motion capture, wearable sensing, programming and data analysis. Experience integrating experiments with computational models is required.
