Job Description
Karolinska Institutet is recruiting a postdoctoral researcher to integrate genomic, epigenomic and transcriptomic data in multiple sclerosis. The project examines how smoking-related lung inflammation interacts with genetic susceptibility, combining computational biology, statistics and large-scale omics analysis.
Requirements
- PhD in computational biology
- bioinformatics
- life science or a related field
- proficiency in R or Python and Linux
- experience with omics data
- statistics and high-performance computing
- and strong scientific communication skills.
