About
Eighteen-month postdoctoral position at the Laboratoire d’Étude de l’Apprentissage et du Développement (LEAD, UMR5022) in Dijon, in the international team developing BIO-PREPA, a project funded by ERA-NET NEURON. BIO-PREPA studies biomarkers and behavioural and neurophysiological tests for the preclinical screening of perinatal asphyxia, with a focus on rhythm processing. The team combines behavioural tasks, EEG, eye tracking and motion capture to understand the role of rhythm processing and synchronisation in infant development and the consequences of perinatal asphyxia, aiming to characterise preclinical cases, identify biomarkers, assess outcomes and optimise diagnostic criteria for early screening.
The consortium of four academic partners spans early development, neural data processing, cognitive neuroscience of music, computational modelling and molecular biology. The post is supervised by Barbara Tillmann in Dijon in close collaboration with Sahar Moghimi (Inserm U1105, Amiens) and Birgitta Tóth (HUN-REN, Budapest). Start date 1 February 2027; gross monthly salary €3,041.58, adjustable with experience.
