Job Description
Li Ye's laboratory at Scripps Research is recruiting a research technician to study the nervous system and somatic tissues as an integrated network, with emphasis on energetics in normal physiology and disease. The role supports mouse behavioral assays, live brain imaging, surgery, histology, and general laboratory operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in biological sciences
- preferably with a neuroscience focus
- hands-on laboratory research experience
- and experience handling mice. Sterile technique
- histology
- animal surgery
- or animal drug injection experience is preferred.
