Senior Director, Biometrics

Lead biostatistics and the wider biometrics function for Prime Medicine’s gene editing clinical programmes. The role develops trial designs, endpoints, dose-escalation strategies and analysis plans while overseeing clinical data management and statistical programming partners. It supports regulatory interactions and quantitative decisions from protocol development through submission, and builds the organisation’s biometrics capabilities in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

Advanced quantitative degree and at least ten years of biometrics experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology development. Requires experience as a lead clinical-study statistician, regulatory submissions, trial methodology and oversight of external biometrics providers. Clinical data management leadership is strongly preferred.
