Senior Manager/Associate Director, Biostatistics

Provide study-level statistical leadership for clinical trials across Beam’s development programmes. The role contributes to protocol design, analysis plans, randomisation, data collection and interpretation of trial outcomes. It also reviews biometrics work from external research organisations and supports clinical reports, regulatory submissions and scientific publications. The position is based in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

PhD in statistics, biostatistics or a related field; typically eight or more years of experience, including at least four in biotechnology or pharmaceuticals. Requires clinical-trial statistical leadership, SAS or R and familiarity with CDISC data standards. Rare-disease or gene/cell-therapy experience is desirable.
