Join Marcus Ebeling’s Medical Demography Group to study how medical progress changes disease burden, ageing and population vulnerability. Themes include the distinction between disease presence and impact, diffusion of medical advances, and population resilience. Postdocs contribute to the shared programme while developing an independent research direction, with collaboration across demography, medicine and epidemiology. Requirements
PhD completed or forthcoming in demography, epidemiology, medicine, public health, sociology, health economics, biostatistics or a related discipline; quantitative health-data analysis and R or Stata. Submit a writing sample and up to two referees.
