Abstract

This seminar explores a proposed reformulation of quantum theory motivated by the vacuum-energy problem. It examines a dynamical Born rule, possible higher-order interference tests, and proposed connections to fermion masses and mixing. Time-varying dark energy is discussed as another potential consequence of the framework rather than an established result.
