The Data Assimilation Research Team at the RIKEN Center for Computational Science seeks one research part-time worker to support data-assimilation research and related activities. The team develops weather-prediction and data-assimilation methods using large computational resources including Fugaku. The position is based at RIKEN’s Kobe Campus and normally involves three hours per day, three days per week, with hours negotiable.
