About
Academic and industrial drug-discovery researchers will compare approaches that connect molecular mechanisms with development candidates. The programme examines targeted protein degradation, three-dimensional discovery strategies, oral coronavirus antivirals and fragment-derived IL17A inhibitors. Further talks address screening unpurified reaction mixtures, regulating innate immune cells, optimizing QPCT/L and PolQ inhibitors with computational and experimental expertise, measuring protein-interaction selectivity and designing covalent inhibitors. Programme participants include Angela Russell (University of Oxford); Anna Barnard (Imperial College, London); Mike Waring (University of Newcastle); James Johnson (UCB); Jens Willwacher (Boehringer Ingelheim); Ageo Miccoli (Sygnature).
