Sessions cover the structural and biophysical landscape of GPCR signalling complexes; regulation by G proteins, GRKs and arrestins; adhesion, Frizzled, Hedgehog and family C receptors; GPCR pharmacology from cellular signalling to whole-organism physiology; nanobodies, single-molecule methods, proteomics and subcellular signalling; tools for decoding GPCR signalling; chemokine and atypical receptors in immune signalling; and AI, computational and data-driven approaches to GPCR pharmacology. The programme reserves time for discussion after each talk, poster sessions open to all career stages and informal exchange; an associated Gordon Research Seminar for early-career scientists runs in conjunction and needs its own application.
