EPSRC New Investigator Award: applicant-led mode
Description
The Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council supports early-career researchers making their first application as project lead to develop an independent research vision and establish a research group. Applications can address any EPSRC-remit field, including artificial intelligence, healthcare technologies, engineering, mathematical sciences, physical sciences, clean energy, security, and quantum technologies.
Eligibility
Applicants must be based at a UK research organisation eligible for EPSRC funding, be transitioning to research independence, and make their first application to EPSRC as project lead. The majority of the proposed research must fall within EPSRC remit.
