Contribute to the APECS pilot-line project on advanced packaging and heterogeneous electronic integration. Work covers gallium-nitride transistor characterisation and modelling, process-design-kit development, RF circuit measurements and three-dimensional system-in-package technology. A PhD in electrical and computer engineering, more than five years of semiconductor measurement and compact-model extraction experience, and prior device/circuit modelling and process-design-kit R&D.
