Relevant techniques include Neuropixels recordings, whole-cell recordings in brain slices, optical recordings in slices or in vivo (two-photon rigs are available) and programming.
Beyond bench research, the fellow will apply for fellowship funding, contribute to grants and manuscripts, teach and mentor lab members, and present results in departmental seminars and at conferences.
Requirements
PhD or MD/PhD in neuroscience; experience with some or all of Neuropixels recordings, whole-cell slice recordings, optical recordings in slices or in vivo, and programming is ideal. Applications are open until the position is filled.
