Postdoctoral position in epigenomic data analysis

A postdoctoral position in the Molecular Toxicology and Epigenetics (EpiTox) group, Department of Organismal Biology, Uppsala University. The group uses epigenomic and other molecular profiling to uncover mechanisms behind (neuro)developmental effects of endocrine-disrupting chemicals. Within the EU projects RE-MEND (mental health) and ExpoSignalz (neurodegeneration), the postdoc will run bioinformatic and biostatistical analyses of DNA-modification datasets generated by Oxford Nanopore sequencing in mouse and zebrafish models, integrate multi-omics data, contribute to publications and project reports, and support PhD and master's students.

Start 4 January 2027 (reference UFV-PA 2026/3280).

PhD or equivalent foreign degree in a relevant field, with experience in bioinformatic and biostatistical analysis of epigenomic data, as specified in the advert.
