Research Associate II, Oligonucleotide Synthesis

Synthesise, purify and characterise modified oligonucleotides for gene editing and targeted delivery research. The role uses automated solid-phase synthesis, preparative chromatography, LC-MS and bioconjugation to produce RNA/DNA reagents and small-molecule or antibody conjugates for experimental studies. This full-time laboratory role is fully onsite in South Boston, Massachusetts.

BS in chemistry, biochemistry or a related subject with at least two years of relevant laboratory experience, or MS with zero to two or more years. Requires hands-on oligonucleotide synthesis, preparative HPLC, analytical interpretation and practical bioconjugation experience.
