The role coordinates scholarships and graduate, pre-doctoral, doctoral and postdoctoral pathways; builds partnerships with universities, research organisations and Indigenous communities; supports transitions into employment and further study; and monitors programme performance, risk and sustainability in culturally appropriate ways.
