About
This meeting connects medical students, trainees and others interested in neurology and neurosurgery with clinical specialists and practical training. Morning presentations cover neurointerventional radiology, skull-base surgery and neuromodulation. Afternoon sessions combine theory and practice in craniotomy, burr-hole technique and bone-flap fixation; pedicle-screw placement; upper-limb sensory and motor nerve-conduction studies; and catheter navigation using a neurointerventional simulator. No prior simulator experience is required. Posters and sponsor exhibits run during breaks and lunch, with poster prizes at closing. Conference proceedings are planned for Surgical Neurology International.
The event runs November 21, 2026, 08:30–17:30 Europe/London (GMT, UTC+00:00), at the James McCune Smith Learning Hub, University Avenue, Glasgow G12 8QW, UK. General admission costs £45 plus £1.13 service fee. The £70 ticket plus £1.75 fee adds individual CV feedback and a trainee Q&A panel.
