Alcohol-Induced End Organ Diseases — Gordon Research Conference 2027
Medicine, Pathophysiology and conference by Gordon Research Conferences
About
This conference examines alcohol-related disease across organs and biological scales. It connects mitochondrial dysfunction, cellular aging, immune activation, inflammation and microbiome interactions with injury in the liver, gut, brain and cardiovascular system and with cancer.
Organoids and other experimental platforms support discussion of therapeutic strategies, alongside integrated treatment of alcohol use disorder and end-organ damage. Talks, poster sessions and discussion focus on emerging and unpublished research. Applicants need a science or engineering bachelor’s degree or equivalent; undergraduates are not eligible. Places may fill before the application deadline.
