Earth Science conferences

AGU26 brings the Earth and space science community to San Francisco on 7–11 December 2026 for research presentations, scientific exchange, workshops and professional development. The programme spans Earth, planetary and space sciences, with opportunities for collaboration across disciplines. Registration and housing are currently open. The organizer lists 29 September as the late-breaking abstract deadline; the standard abstract round has already closed. The EGU General Assembly 2027 will take place in Vienna and online from 4–9 April 2027, bringing together researchers across Earth, planetary and space sciences. The organizer’s current invitation is for scientific session proposals, with submissions due on 23 September 2026. This stage allows the community to shape the scientific programme. The official assembly website provides the session-proposal instructions and will carry subsequent abstract, attendance and registration information. The physical venue is the Austria Center Vienna.
