Scientist II, CRISPR-X - Gene Insertion
Genetic Engineering, Molecular Biology and full-time position at CRISPR Therapeutics
About
Develop new gene insertion approaches and engineered immune-cell therapies in the CRISPR-X research team. The scientist designs genome editing experiments and CAR-T constructs, evaluates molecular and cellular outcomes, and develops translational assays for new disease indications. Methods include cloning, quantitative and digital PCR, sequencing and primary-cell engineering. This full-time role is fully onsite in South Boston, Massachusetts.
Requirements
PhD in a relevant biological or engineering discipline with two to five or more years of professional experience, or a non-PhD route with ten to twelve or more years of progressive relevant work. Requires next-generation genome editing and hands-on CAR-T design, engineering and functional analysis.
