Senior Scientist / Senior Engineer, LNP Process Development

Lead lipid-nanoparticle formulation, characterisation and process scale-up for investigational gene-editing therapies. Responsibilities span mixing and tangential-flow filtration from bench to GLP/GMP scale, process optimisation, external manufacturing transfer and contributions to regulatory CMC documentation. The position connects delivery technology with manufacturable drug products and involves collaboration with research, platform and therapeutic teams. The advertised annual base salary is USD 145,000–161,000, with additional incentive eligibility.

PhD in chemical or biomedical engineering, chemistry, pharmaceutical sciences, materials science or a related field with at least eight years of relevant industrial experience, or MS with at least twelve years.
