The second edition of this meeting examines RNA-binding proteins from posttranscriptional regulation to the regulation of protein function by RNA. New experimental and analytical methods have revealed previously unrecognised protein classes and binding modes, raising questions about how RNA interactions affect cellular activity. The programme considers structural studies, RNA conformational flexibility, condensates, metabolism, cell biology and human disease. Emerging technologies, computational analysis and AI-based modelling connect classical RNA-binding proteins with newly identified interactions and their biological consequences.
