Climate Science conferences

This specialist meeting examines atmospheric rivers, their impacts on weather and climate, and their connections to water resources and environmental systems. The conference takes place in Porto on 19–23 October 2026. Registration remains open until 10 October 2026; abstract submission has closed.

GHGT-18 is an international forum for carbon capture, utilisation and storage, bringing together scientific research, demonstration projects, business strategy and policy across the CCUS value chain. The programme includes keynote and plenary talks, technical sessions, panel discussions, a business stream, poster sessions and networking, with more than 1,000 delegates expected. IEAGHG organises the conference, co-hosted by Australian Energy Producers, CO2CRC, CSIRO and Geoscience Australia. Registration is currently open for the Perth meeting.
