The congress brings together clinicians and researchers dedicated to advancing stroke care, with a scientific programme on the latest research, clinical innovations and interdisciplinary collaboration in stroke care and prevention, in which keynote speakers and experts from the Nordic-Baltic countries and internationally share knowledge, emerging technologies and practical solutions to improve outcomes for stroke patients. Physicians, allied health professionals, researchers and policy-makers working with stroke contribute oral and poster presentations, symposia, panel discussions and workshops across the continuum of stroke care, and the meeting gives early-career professionals and students contact with established experts. Symposium proposals are due on 1 March 2027 and abstracts on 1 June 2027, and early-bird registration closes on 1 July 2027. Marianne Elisabeth Klinke chairs the organizing committee and Björn Logi Þórarinsson chairs the Nordic Stroke Society.
