Postdoctoral researcher in Rheumatology

The Division of Rheumatology, Department of Clinical Sciences Lund, conducts experimental research at the Biomedical Centre next to Skåne University Hospital. The Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) group led by Professor Anders Bengtsson combines clinical characterisation of SLE with experimental studies of disease mechanisms. The postdoc will mainly work on the experimental side, including assay development, with a focus on identifying and characterising previously undiscovered platelet autoantigens in SLE and related diseases, and on developing ongoing projects independently.

Full-time, suggested start 1 January 2027 (reference PA2026/3023).

PhD in a relevant field; ability to work independently and develop ongoing experimental research projects, as detailed in the advert.
