About
Grants that let MD PhDs remain actively involved in health research alongside clinical specialisation. Projects within health research may be based at hospitals or non-commercial research institutions in Denmark or abroad, with the entire grant managed by a Danish main host. Grants range from DKK 800,000 to DKK 2.5 million over up to five years and may cover staff and non-staff project costs, but not PhD salaries; stays abroad of 12 months or more can add a DKK 100,000 relocation lump sum and child support. The Foundation is allocating up to DKK 30 million to the 2027 call.
